YTILI Fall 2024 Application deadline extended to February 5, 2024!

The Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative (YTILI) Fellowship Program is an opportunity for young European business professionals to expand their networks, gain perspective, and engage with the U.S. business sector to exchange innovative ideas and best practices. The program includes a virtual component, a four-week Fellowship in the United States, and the opportunity for continued engagement after Fellows return home. Please note that if safe travel is not possible at the time of the YTILI Fellowship, this program will be conducted virtually or postponed.

All 9th and 10th grade students, who applied had to meet the following requirements.

Eligibility requirements for student applicants from Estonia for the 2024-25 FLEX Program:

  • Must have a birth date between July 15, 2006, and July 15, 2009, inclusive,

  • Must be a 9th or 10th grade student when applying for the program,

  • Must have a good academic standing,

  • Must have previously studied English and demonstrate a high level of English-language ability at the time of application,

  • Must be a citizen of Estonia,

  • Must be enrolled in and attending a secondary school in Estonia, at the time of application,

  • Must meet U.S. visa eligibility requirements, and

  • May NOT have spent more than ninety (90) days in total in the U.S. in the last five (5) years.

  • Must have a birth date between July 15, 2005, and July 15, 2008, inclusive,

  • Must be a 9th or 10th grade student when applying for the program,

  • Must have previously studied English and demonstrate a high level of English-language ability at the time of application,

  • Must be a citizen of Estonia,

  • Must be enrolled in and attending a secondary school in Estonia, at the time of application,

  • Must meet U.S. visa eligibility requirements, and

  • May NOT have spent more than ninety (90) days in total in the U.S. in the last five (5) years.

Soon Semi-finals for the Estonian FLEX applicants will be held in different towns across Estonia.
